Individual or Group Fitness Session

Our coaches will work with individuals creating a personalised session plan, or lead group sessions, working with group leaders, to ensure that everyone attending a session reaches their full potential.   Our coaches will develop tailor-made programmes incorporating gymnastics equipment and movement to extend fitness and mobility.

Rebound Therapy

Rebound Therapy is a form of physiotherapy. It uses trampolines to provide therapeutic exercises for people with a wide variety of disabilities and additional needs.

By using our sensory equipment on our sunken trampoline, our sessions provide therapeutic exercise and recreation for children and young adults alike, who have a wide range of special needs and will benefit from sensory feedback and interaction. Most of all, it’s fun!

Rebound Therapy is one of the most popular activities for children with special needs in UK SEN schools.

Bringing valuable exercise and joy to those who use them, our specialist bikes assist with physical wellbeing and facilitate towards  independence and a strong sense of self. The Assisted Bike allows the body to work towards many therapy goals effectively in a short period of time. Wheelchair users, and those with limited movement can use an assisted bike which supports legs and arms through movement, helping with momentum.
